Swivel turns 360 degrees. Swivel + face-contact brake adds a foot-operated brake that presses on the wheel face. The brake is not shown in the photo. Where the photo shows a swivel caster, the brake is not pictured. Rigid rolls straight only.
Top plate is 5-1/4 x 7-1/4 in. with slotted holes for 3-3/8 x 5-1/4 to 4-1/8 x 6-1/8 in. bolt patterns, 1/2 in. bolts.
