Overstock Casters is the quick-ship division of CasterHQ. We stock the most common industrial casters, replacement wheels and caster parts in two warehouses, Kansas City, MO and Dallas, TX, and ship every order the same or next business day, in any quantity.

People in a crunch. A cart down on the floor, a machine that has to move tomorrow, a maintenance bin that ran out. The full CasterHQ line has thousands of configurations and lead times to match. This site shows only the casters and wheels that sell every week, the ones we keep on the shelf, so there is nothing to wait on.

- Nine CasterHQ series in 1-1/4, 2 and 3 in. tread widths, 3 to 12 in. wheels, 225 to 6,000 lb per caster. Top plate and stem mounts, swivel, rigid and brake.
- Wheels
- The same wheels sold alone, in every material we mount, with the bearing and axle size listed.
- Parts
- Floor locks, swivel locks, caster pads, expandable adapters, bearings, spanner bushings, axles and nuts.
How fast
Orders placed on a business day ship the same or next business day from Kansas City or Dallas, whichever is closer to you. Parcel quantities go by ground carrier. Pallet quantities go by LTL freight. There is no minimum order and no quantity we will not ship. That is as fast as caster shipping gets.
Quality
Every product on this site is tested to ICWM performance standards, is RoHS compliant, and is built by ISO 9001 certified manufacturers. Every listing shows the catalog specification, load capacity, overall height, plate size, bolt pattern, bearing and swivel radius, next to a photo of the actual part. Casters carry a one or three year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, depending on the series. See the warranty.

The price on the listing is the price. No account, no quote, no minimum order. Volume pricing, Net 30 terms, tax-exempt orders and custom builds are handled by CasterHQ.
Who we are
Overstock Casters is owned and operated by CasterHQ, an industrial caster and material handling supplier based in Mansfield, Texas, serving OEM engineers, MRO buyers and procurement teams. CasterHQ handles the engineering, the custom work and the large programs. Overstock Casters handles the order that has to ship today.
CasterHQ runs four stores, each for a different job. CasterHQ.com is the full industrial line, custom builds and OEM programs. No. One caster ships as fast as a pallet, at the listed price.

Every product is tested to ICWM performance standards, RoHS compliant, and built by ISO 9001 certified manufacturers.
What is the warranty?
One or three years against defects in materials and workmanship, depending on the series. Normal wear, overloading, misuse and improper installation are not covered. The warranty page lists the term for each series.
Can I return a caster?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. If we shipped the wrong item or a defective one, there is no fee and we cover the shipping. See returns.
