All Sales Are Final

OverstockCasters.com is a marketplace for overstock, surplus, discontinued, and closeout caster and material-handling inventory. Because this is liquidation inventory, all sales are final. Items are sold as-is, where-is. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges once an order has been placed.

Everything Is Disclosed in the Listing

Each listing states the product's condition, available quantity, specifications, and any known defects before you buy, and every listing is reviewed for accuracy before it goes live. When you order, you are buying the exact item, condition, and quantity described in that listing.

Please review all listing details, photos, and specifications carefully before purchasing. If anything is unclear, contact us or use Request a Freight Quote before you place your order — we are glad to answer questions in advance. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the sale is final and that the item is sold as-is, as described.

Damage in Transit

Although items are sold as-is, you are still covered against damage that happens in transit. For freight (LTL) shipments, inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before you sign, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help file a freight claim with the carrier. Damage reported after a clean delivery signature, or more than 48 hours after delivery, may not be eligible for a carrier claim.
