How shipping works on a marketplace
OverstockCasters.com lists overstock, surplus, and closeout inventory from multiple verified suppliers across the United States. Each lot ships from the supplier that holds it, so the Ships From location and freight method are shown on every listing before you buy. If you order more than one lot, your items may arrive in more than one shipment.
Shipping methods
- Parcel – Smaller quantities ship by ground parcel with rates calculated at checkout.
- Freight (LTL) – Crate and pallet lots ship by less-than-truckload freight. The listing shows a fixed or estimated freight cost, or routes you to a freight quote.
- Freight quote – Oversized or mixed lots use Request a Freight Quote so you get a delivered cost before you commit.
- Buyer-arranged freight – Where offered, you may arrange your own carrier and pickup.
- Local pickup – Where offered, you may pick up directly from the supplier.
Lead times and tracking
Most lots ship within 2 to 5 business days of a cleared order. Freight lots may take longer to schedule. Tracking or carrier details are provided once your order ships. Because lots are one-time overstock, quantities are limited and are not restocked.
Inspect your delivery
For freight shipments, inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before you sign, and contact us within 48 hours so we can help file a freight claim with the carrier. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how as-is sales and freight damage are handled.
