What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use: a raceway that fails, a weld that cracks, a wheel that delaminates or a bearing that seizes when the caster has been used within its rating. If a product is defective we replace it or refund it. Shipping on the replacement is on us.
What is not covered
- Normal wear: tread wear, flat spots, bearing wear, plating wear and cosmetic marks
- Loads above the rated capacity of the caster or wheel, or shock loads from drops and impacts
- Misuse, abuse, modification or improper installation, including undersized bolts or a mounting plate that is not fully supported
- Use outside the wheel's temperature or chemical rating, or on floors the wheel is not made for
- Powered towing or speeds above 2.5 mph. Casters and wheels are rated for manual, non-powered movement.
- Damage from lack of maintenance, such as a raceway never greased
How to make a claim
- Contact us with your order number, the part number on the caster, photos of the failure and a short description of what the caster was mounted on and how it was loaded.
- Industrial casters are application dependent, so we may ask a few questions to confirm the product was used within its rating.
- If the claim is approved we ship a replacement, or refund the product if the item is no longer available. We may ask for the failed product back and will provide a prepaid label when we do.
