Orders placed on a business day ship the same or next business day from Kansas City, MO or Dallas, TX. Any quantity.

How it works
Everything on this site is stocked. There is no lead time and nothing is built to order. Orders placed on a business day leave the warehouse the same or next business day. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Both warehouses sit in the middle of the country, so ground shipments reach either coast in a few days rather than a week. Large orders may ship from both warehouses and arrive in more than one shipment.
Parcel shipments
Casters, wheels and parts in parcel quantities ship by ground carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of the order and your ZIP code.
Freight shipments
Pallet quantities and very heavy orders ship LTL freight. If the shipping rate at checkout does not cover freight for your order, we contact you with the freight cost before it ships. Freight deliveries need a commercial address with a dock or forklift. If you need a liftgate, a residential delivery or a delivery appointment, add it to the order notes at checkout or contact us before you order, since those services add cost. Inspect freight before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Order notes
Receiving hours, PO numbers, dock instructions and other delivery notes can be added in the cart notes at checkout. We pass them to the carrier, but carrier execution is not guaranteed.
Addresses and delays
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. Shipments returned for a bad address or a failed delivery are reshipped at your cost. Carriers can be delayed by weather and peak volume, and those delays are outside our control.
Outbound shipping is not refundable
Shipping charges pay the carrier and are incurred when the order ships, so they are not refunded on returns, unless the return is our mistake. See the returns policy.
