How does commission work?
You pay a monthly plan fee plus a commission on each sale. Commission rate depends on your plan. Managed Liquidation carries a higher rate because we do the listing, optimization, freight setup, and support.
Why are listings limited per plan?
Listing limits keep marketplace data clean and trustworthy. Unlimited listings invite spam and low-quality data, which hurts buyers and sellers.
Do vendors get Shopify admin access?
No. Sellers manage listings and orders through a dedicated vendor dashboard, never Shopify admin.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. You can list as a public seller, verified-supplier-only, or fully anonymous, and use quote-only listings for sensitive inventory.
